Individual sessions are usually 50-60 minutes. 90-minute sessions may be scheduled as well. Number of sessions varies, generally ranging from three to twelve sessions. After the initial meeting we will have a customized plan for you, so that you will then have a good idea as to how many sessions you will need to reach your specific goals.
